Your privacy matters to us. This document explains what information Fundedologist collects, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over your data. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Account data: when you sign up, authentication is handled by Clerk, and information such as your email and name is stored.
Trading journal data: trades, notes, screenshots, and settings you enter are stored in our database (Supabase).
Contact messages: when you submit the contact form, your message and contact details are stored so we can reply.
Usage data: like most sites, we collect aggregate visit and behavior data via Google Analytics and cookies to improve the experience.
2. How we use information
To provide and maintain the service, store your learning progress and journal, respond to your messages, improve the platform, and notify you of important changes. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-party services
To operate the platform we rely on reputable services, each with its own privacy policy: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Google Analytics (analytics), and Telegram (community).
When you click broker referral (IB) links, you are taken to the broker’s site, and from that point the broker’s own privacy policy and terms apply, not ours.
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, make the site work correctly, and measure visit analytics. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
5. Data security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
You can access your account information, correct it, or request deletion of your account and data. To do so, reach us through the contact page.
7. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After a deletion request, your personal data is removed within a reasonable period, except where law requires retention.
8. Minors
Fundedologist is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version, with its update date, will appear on this page.
